Schedule your remote Intake window
To schedule a session with the prescriber you will select a 1 hour window of time that works for you. Our staff will confirm a specific time with the Doctor within that window .
We will send an appointment confirmation with the specific time once confirmed.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and one of our staff will respond as soon as possible.*
*Payment is required before the intake session. If payment has not been received the appointment will be cancelled/will not be set.
*Once the Intake with the Doctor appointment is confirmed and set with the prescriber you are expected to be available at the confirmed time.Â
*The intake only does not include the monthly program costs or medication, but the intake fee can be applied to the first month of the monthly program.
